HennaTribe Bookini®

RAJASTHAN
Original Mehndi Patterns by Nick Cartier

$7 (12 pages)

HennaTribe is thrilled to announce the launch of the first in our series of HT BookinisŪ. What's a BookiniŪ you ask? BookinisŪ are compact, affordable henna design eBooks full of lovely patterns dedicated to a particular theme.

Without further ado, let us introduce a henna legend and one of HennaTribe's founders, Nick Cartier and his new BookiniŪ RAJASTHAN. Nick drew his inspiration for RAJASTHAN from the dramatic gold and silver jewelry of Rajasthan, which incorporates traditional floral and geometric symbols. Nick's uncanny knack for design placement completes the effect of each design being an exquisite piece of body adornment. View a sample page here.

TIGERLILY
Henna Designs by Akiyo Ogura

$15 (40 pages)

Akiyo worked with two different muses to create the patterns for this book. A tribal dancer inspired earthy, organic "tiger" designs showing strength and power. A cabaret style dancer evoked an image of femininity and grace, leading to "lily" designs of a tender and sweet nature. Akiyo's keen sense of movement and flow breathes life into the designs, making them dance onto the body in the traditions of the muses who inspired them.
